My passion for pin-up culture shines through in everything I do, from my signature red lips and victory rolls to the retro charm baked into every treat. I'm currently in Rockabilly band, and before I picked up a whisk full-time I lit up the stage as a burlesque torch singer—bringing drama, beauty, and big personality to every performance.
Now, I pour that same spirit into my baking, reimagining classic recipes with daring twists, organic ingredients, and eye-catching presentation. The result? Bakes that are as unforgettable as they are delicious. At The Rockabilly Baker, it’s all about blending nostalgia, creativity, and heart—one showstopping dessert at a time. Life’s too short for bad cake—let’s make it rock!
I grew up baking with my mom, learning early on that the best bakes are made with love, laughter, and a little flair.
Dyana and the Cherry Kings!
At The Rockabilly Baker, I blend retro charm with fearless flavors, using organic ingredients and a playful eye for detail and polished with style and a bold twist.
My story started in the kitchen with my mommy, Pearl. I fell in love with the magic of baking—mixing, whisking, and creating moments that brought people together. Not to mention, my mother was very fancy. She donned pink nightgowns with ostrich feather tops, high-heeled slippers with pink pom-poms, crystal-crusted rose tinted glasses and she always managed to make a delicious dessert to accompany that home cooked meal she just placed on the table. Talk about dedication!
That early spark of glamorous entertaining and baking grew into a passion not just for baking, but for making things beautiful. My love of pin-up culture—red lips, victory rolls, and 1950s glam—has always been a part of who I am.
Bakes from The Rockabilly Baker will soon be available for purchase and pick-up at The All Spicery in East Sacramento.
