I’m not taking custom orders right now - but don’t fret. I’ve got a whole menu of flavor-packed treats that are ready to rock your tastebuds. From layer cakes, to swiss rolls, french macarons to flaky pies, there’s something sweet waiting just for you.
I strive to use all natural, organic dye free and high-quality ingredients from organic butters and fruits to couverture chocolate whenever possible. I do my best to source locally grown produce as well as local pasture raised, farm fresh eggs from Davis, California. However, on rare occasions certain ingredients/flavors are not available and it will be noted in my Bake of The Week section if that is the case.
will provide all the ingredients and tools necessary for your class to allow you to focus on baking, techniques and of course… eating your delicious creations after your class!
My Macs will be fine in your fridge for up to a week in the box or an airtight container. Planning on saving them for a later date? Pop them in the freezer (after you wrap them in an airtight container) for up to 2-3 months.
