Cake is such a blank canvas. It can be light and fluffy, buttery and tender or chocolaty and gooey… whatever the type of cake, can we all just agree - it’s delicious? I love creating cakes that invoke joy with unexpected flavors, a cute whimsical design, a perfectly tender crumb and silky smooth icing kicked up with an unexpected bit of texture from toasted nuts, cacoa nibs, toffee bits….. the possibilities are endless and all of them are dreamy!
